[Memento mori] Here lye ye corps of John AMERA who died y 14 of April 1739 aged 37 years71 Erected by the Family in loving memory of their father John McWATERS died at Dinvin Cottage 18th March 1890 aged 79 years. Also their mother Mary Ann MONTGOMERY died 12th April 1896 aged 83 years. Also their sister Janet died in infancy. Also their brother-in-law Alexr. McCULLOCH died at Knockglass 21st July 1880 aged 42 years. James McCULLOCH their nephew died in infancy.
