Dimensions:
105 x 62 x 06
Condition:
Poor. Total surface loss on east face and flake damage and lamination along bedding planes. Original surface survives on west face.
Description:
Free standing with rectangular top. Inscription now absent but probably on east face.

About the project

The purpose of this project is to gather and record information about the Old Portpatrick Church and Churchyard. This first phase focuses on the gravestones and their associated stories, where available, plus an outline history of the church.

There is still a lot of information to unearth about the church and churchyard, and we would like to encourage anyone who has spotted any errors or who has additional information about either, to email the information to portpatrick2015@gmail.com. Also, families may wish to add information on their ancestors. The information will be included on the website over time.
