[on wall] Sacred to the memory of Thomas the beloved son of T. McCLELLAND R - AY born 26th Sept 1860 died 14th Decr. 1863 A flower soon plucked but not too soon for glory.

- Incomplete monument composed of seven sections on a stone plinth set into the church wall. Pedestal for a missing urn above a segmental pediment with a raised, north facing inscription panel below.
