Erected by Jane SMITH in memory of her father John SMITH who died at Donaghadee Also Mary SMITH his spouse who died 25th Sept. 1878 aged 66 years Also her brother Hugh SMITH, ship-carpenter who died 19th July 1895 aged 53 years Also Jane SMITH who erected this stone died 7th April 1918 aged 79 years [on reverse] Also her brother David who died at Colonel Street 5th October 1913 aged 70 years. “Seaman”

Description:
Free standing with expanded round top and shoulders above central cartouche with flanking rosettes. Set in red sandstone plinth. Main inscription on tapered panel below acanthus band. Mason’s name STEVENS - on plinth.
