Erected by John MILMINE to the memory of his son John who departed this life 23rd Dec. 1833 aged 5 years and of his son Alexander who was drowned in Liverpool 29th Nov 1855 aged 22 years Though where his sacred ashes lie Is hid from mortal eye Yet an abode through Jesus’ love Would faith assign his soul above Also the above John MILMINE who died on the 9th June 1875 aged 88 years Also his widow Jane MILMINE who died on the 6th April 1884 aged 88 years

Free standing with c round top and shoulders above raised cartouche with flanking rosettes. Inscription within raised on east face with relief carved thistles in corners.
